In this search, I’m showing the distance column and sorting based on 97209, Portland OR.

Two listings in Vancouver, WA (right across the river from Portland, OR) are showing up as 318mi away. It seems possible that these are being geocoded to Vancouver, BC, Canada instead of Vancouver, WA. The Google Maps link within the listing resolves to the correct spot.
