Toggling Exclude mode for model years hides the Source filter

Thanks for submitting this! This is a deliberate patch until we can figure out a fix for Exclude Mode on Year filters not working correctly. Understand that there could be a better experience for seeing why this filter is hidden, so I will work on this as well.
