Possible page drawing speed improvement ?

When ‘View’ing a vehicle from a table grid there seems to be a lot of background drawing Windows does before the Viewed vehicle page is drawn. This seems to be more of an issue when the table has multiple pages worth of vehicles and admittedly I have an older computer. What I see when I click View is that the screen goes totally white, then the Filters window, the Map window, and the Table window are drawn, then the Viewed vehicle window is drawn on top of these. I know Windows programming is a study in frustration but would it be possible to skip the underlying drawing of the other windows and go directly to drawing the View’ed vehicle page? That would greatly increase the speed at which the View’ed vehicle page was shown.
