Plus Subscription Disappeared

I upgraded to Plus on Aug 4 (I recall it being for $15 monthly). Upon logging into, Plus features are gone and my account shows as Free. Checked email confirmation but it doesn’t list which subscription I purchased or when it ends/renews. The account section doesn’t show a history.
