Odd sort behavior of %MSRP Discount column

The first time you sort this column you get a useful descending discount and an Up arrow icon is shown. If you click the Up arrow and expect the rows to be arranged in an increasing discount, that’s not what you get. The sort arrow does change to a Down arrow as expected but the sort you get seems random, I can’t see any pattern to it.
