Could you move the Next / Previous buttons from the left of the table window to the right of the window. That way they would be by the scroll bar / slider. Then when you are scrolling down and get to the end, clicking the Next button is right by the slider button as opposed to completely across the window.

    I just discovered that this is only an issue if the map is open. Close the map and the buttons align on the right, by the scroll bar.
