Download filter results as CSV

After creating a filter, users can export the table all results as a CSV file.

This could be bundled with the JSON/telemetry data request, but this is a more non-code friendly export for users.

    Hey @djacob723 - thanks for the suggestion! We have gotten requests like this before, and desperately want it ourselves. There are a few un-fun administrative reasons we can not do this at the moment, but we hope to be able to in the coming months. Stay tuned!
