Convert seller's "opens at" time to browser geolocation based timezone

There is a section in the vehicle details page that shows what time the Seller’s business opens (assuming only if closed). In the example provided, I see the city and state is already known (Nissan of Stockton in Stockton, CA).

With that info, it would be a nice to show the time converted to the user’s (browsers) local timezone.

Closed (opens 9am local)
