Add Make/Model to Filter Bar

It would be nice to be able to switch makes/models (and search multiple models) without clearing all filters. For instance, if I searched GMC Sierra, but want to switch to Chevy Silverado with similar specs, it appears I have to start my search over, input search radius, select equipment, etc.
