One thing that Craig and I know for sure is that dealer websites suck. They’re often terribly designed and have way too many popups and distractions. But when shopping for a new or used vehicle, there are couple critical documents that the dealer hosts: the CarFax / AutoCheck / iPacket, and the Monroney / window sticker. Even if you hate seeing poorly designed dealer websites, you’ll visit them anyway because these documents are extremely useful!

Ever since we started Visor, we’ve been wanting the feature that we’re releasing today. Starting now, as a Plus user you’ll be able to see any additional documentation that we’ve found from around the web. Visor does not own or generate any of these documents, so we scour the web, saving you a click on the dealer website if the CarFax doesn’t look right.

Better Map Controls

We heard from some of you that it would be great to have more intuitive controls with resizing the map. Does this new design remind you of anything? We wanted to create the simplest set of controls so that you could maximize or close the map with ease. You can now even resize the map on an ultra-wide monitor! Trust us, seeing the full map on a monitor is a WILD experience.

Additional fixes and improvements

• Fixed an issue where clicking on the search box on older devices and browsers would result in a crash

• Added an alert when the map is not supported on older devices and browsers

• Fixed several issues that were causing crashes (huge apologies!)
